Job Purpose

Swagelok is seeking to recruit Project Solutions Engineering lead (aka Fabrication Team Lead) who will report onto the Sales Manager.

You will be responsible for managing, guiding & coordinating the Fabrication Team, which includes the Application Engineers, Technical Specialists and Operator roles.

The Fabrication Team Lead ensures that all projects are executed efficiently, meet Swagelok quality standards, and align with customer requirements.

This position acts as a bridge between the Team and senior Management, ensuring clear communication, optimal workflow, and continuous improvement.

This is a new role creation: the Sales Manager is currently overseeing both the Sales & Fabrication teams

Required Qualification & Experience

Education A Bachelor degree in a technical field (Engineering, Operations Management or related fields)

Languages Fluency in English as well as in Dutch or French

Demonstrated Experience

A couple of years experience either in a similar position or with a track record demonstrating readiness for taking wider responsibilities.
Strong technical (Engineering) & operational process experience - Ability to transform complex customer needs into product solutions
Initial experience with quality & continuous improvement
Prior people management experience or extra curriculum activities demonstrating effective potential for it.
Readiness to be full time on site for a role that requires this by it’s nature
