Key Responsabilities
- Strategic Development: Formulate, own, and implement marketing strategies to strengthen the company's market position, including the Global Marketing Plan.
- Drive Content Creation: Spearhead the development of content for various channels – blog, social media, newsletters, press releases, etc.
- Market Research: Understand and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform strategies.
- Campaign Management: Design and oversee promotional campaigns, events, and webinars, ensuring high ROI.
- Digital Marketing: Manage online presence, including SEO, SEM, and Social Media Advertising.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, R&D, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and to capitalize on cross-promotional opportunities.
- Business and Budget Management: Allocate and manage the marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI, and oversee Project & Process Management responsibilities related to Marketing.

Qualification & Experience
This role is ideal for an experienced marketeer who wants to take a 1st Marketing Manager responsibility with ambition to grow together with the company. The role is typically 80% delivery focused and 20% strategy focused.
Must Have experience:
- A minimum 5 years of experience in Business to Business marketing
- Experience with Solutions Sales & Marketing (as opposed to commodity or off the Self).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including analytics
- Fluent in English (company language)
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Can demonstrate ambitions & potential to grow with the organisation.
- Open minded and willing to adapt to different business cultures (US, Japan, Korea, DACH, …)
The ideal candidate will also have:
- Experience in manufacturing or automation solutions in robotics, software or IOT environment
- French & Dutch
Working Conditions
Full time role (40 hours a week)
